Influences Wanderstar uses an original 2D6 system inspired by the Traveller and Cepheus traditions — along with Advantage/Disadvantage dice from systems like Dungeons & Dragons 5th Edition, a Momentum economy inspired by Shadowrun's Edge economy, trauma tracks loosely based on Ironsworn & Starforged's conditions, and many more influences than could be possibly be named.

Wanderstar is a work of fiction. Any resemblance to real persons, living, dead, or frozen, is coincidental. The four peoples, the Shore, the corporations, and the rest of the setting are invented for play.

You are encouraged to make this game your own: change the "now," redraw the map, invent new Companion lineages, rename the corporations to fit your corner of the Shore. A rulebook is a starting point, not a cage.
